Jump into an untouched paradise during this full day tour of the Piha region! Your local guide will take you to three key stops for the day, with the pace being dictated by you. Explore native rainforest and stunning waterfalls, hike along the top of a mountain range and visit the famous Piha Beach.
Keen for an adventure? Hop on a return shuttle from central Auckland to the beautiful and untamed Piha region. This full day guided tour runs for a minimum of seven hours, but could go for the entire day as your group decides how much time to spend at each stop. The first stop of the day takes you into the subtropical wilderness of West Auckland. Venture deep into the rainforest underneath the lush canopy, and uncover a chain of natural swimming holes and the magnificent Karekare Waterfalls. Soak in this natural paradise for as long as you desire, before heading to your next destination, where you'll go for walk atop a mountain range. The jaw-dropping trail stands 230m above sea level and sits between the Tasman Sea and the rainforest. With unparalleled 360 degree views of natural wonder, you'll be in awe. Round out the tour with a visit to the iconic Piha Beach, a dramatic black-sand beach marked at each ended by rugged cliffs. Small and wild, this beach is a surfer's paradise.
