Session Length

This experience is open everyday (including most public holidays)
Fixed timeslots every 90 minutes from 10am to 8:30pm
The total experience lasts 90 minutes which includes 10 minutes for briefing, 60 minutes to escape the room and 20 minutes for refreshments and photo shoots

Guidelines

No physical skill required
Suitable for all abilities including people with disabilities
Recommended for ages seven years and over
Kids below 16 are recommended to be accompanied by an adult due to the challenging nature of the puzzles
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Amazing experience

Imagine having to cancel a high adrenaline celebratory activity due to a terrible incident and being torn between just going ahead and "getting it over and done with" or "its not a experience you can have with just anyone, it HAS to be your circle" . I called in to red balloon hoping for a reschedule of a rescheduled bungy jump. Mind you, my girlfriends and I booked in January, covid happened, we rescheduled, a girlfriend was involved in a accident and we HAD to reschedule no doubt. I nervously called in and Bianca came in clutch with her humor, understanding and professional service and we found a resolution and we were both happy with the outcome. Communication was HASSLE FREE!! Red balloon does not just want you to enjoy the activities but enjoy the experience of booking with them. They embody Customer service!!!! I can attest that all my future activities will only be through red balloon because 1) Always a good deal 2) You get what you pay for 3) Quick and Efficient Customer Support 4)No hidden cancellation fees 5) Sincerity 6) Transparent and Honest in giving you the perfect experience. It may be a hassle with vendors but never with the red balloon team! Book now, you wont regret it !!!!!!

Challenging fun!

This was a wonderful experience for anyone who likes challenges and problem solving. That said, we were not very good - but we have great fun. We didn't escape from the room in the given time, but there was no pressure to finish and we did finally escape in our own time! The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a cup of tea when we eventually finished.
