The Abel Tasman National Park may be the smallest national park in the country, but that doesn't mean it forfeits any beauty. Meeting your pilot at Nelson airport, you will be run through a safety briefing before taking to the sky over Nelson, Kaiteriteri Beach and the Abel Tasman National Park. Be dazzled by a mix of lush rainforest, golden-sand beaches, pristine inlets and estuaries as you soar through the sky, before landing in the heart of the Park for a refreshing dip, scenic walk or divine lunch at Awaroa Lodge. After your leisure time, you'll hop back on board for the return scenic flight over the Tasman Bay coastline. During the flight, your pilot will be in two-way communication with you sharing local information and pointing out the best sights.
