Scenic Helicopter Flight to Earnslaw Burn & Paradise Picnic

• This experience is 90-minutes in duration

• For the purpose of aircraft weight and balance and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, we require all passenger weights at the time of booking
• Heliworks Queenstown reserves the right to up-grade passengers or merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required
• Occasionally flight paths or landing locations may alter at the pilot’s discretion

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum passenger numbers apply.

Spectators are welcome wait and watch you flight take-off and land from our hangar.

Flights are weather dependent. Weather checks are to be made one hour prior to departure. If we cannot operate due to weather and as a result, passengers are unable to fly, no cancellation fees will apply.

As you will be enjoying an alpine environment we recommend you wear sensible comfortable covered shoes, bring along or wear warm clothing, including a jacket and remember to bring your camera, sunscreen, sunglasses and insect repellent.
