This private tour by torchlight is your best opportunity to see kiwi, glowworms, tuatara, and a host of other native endangered species in their natural habitat. An absolute must-do experience in Wellington.
Come up close and personal with some of New Zealand's most rare and endangered wildlife in their native environment. With your own personal guide to take your group through the sanctuary at night, you'll witness threatened species all living wild in a predator free environment.
You'll see some of New Zealand's most iconic residents, such as the tuatara, New Zealand's living 'dinosaur'; kaka our playful bush parrot; teke / saddleback, hihi / stitchbird, korimako / bellbird and many more. Your friendly and experienced guide will share their knowledge on each of the species and their environment during this must-do experience in the nations capital.

Come prepared for wet weather, the tour operates in rain. In the event of a severe storm you will be issued a credit to rebook.
Please wear warm clothing, suitable footwear and bring a waterproof jacket. A warm hat is recommended April - October.
