What's Included?

General admission to the Park

Head to Orana Wildlife park for a day of connecting with some of New Zealand’s most loved animals! Located only a 15 minute drive from Christchurch airport, Orana Wildlife park is the countries only open range zoo, and Aotearoa's only gorillas. You’ll share unforgettable moments with the animals, such as hand feeding the majestic giraffes, getting up close with the magnificent white rhino, travelling through the Lion Reserve (costs additional), or hanging out in the two large walkthrough aviaries! You’ll also get the chance to meet New Zealand’s national icon, the kiwi, and watch the delightful spider monkeys swinging around their island. Learn from the friendly walkabout guides who provide daily animal presentations and then head to the children’s playground for some fun on the 50 metre flying fox! Orana Wildlife Park is a not-to-miss experience on your visit to Christchurch, providing endless fun for the whole family!

Please allow 3-5 hours to visit the Park, minimum time recommended is two hours.
