Fly over the crater of a dormant volcano whilst taking a sky-high tour of Auckland city during this 20 minute scenic flight. Admire popular sights like the Harbour Bridge, Eden Park, Sky Tower and the Hauraki Gulf, before soaring towards Auckland's largest volcano, Rangitoto.
Having been built on a field of 55 volcanic cones, the city of Auckland's unique landscape is best appreciated from the sky. Lifting off from Albany, your pilot will fly over key highlights like the Harbour Bridge, Eden Park Stadium, the now extinct cones of Mount Eden and Mount Albert and New Zealand’s tallest building, Sky Tower. And in between all these iconic sights, you'll gaze upon a vast array of volcanic cones, lakes and lagoons sprinkled throughout. As you leave the city behind, enjoy panoramas of the east coast and islands of the Hauraki Gulf before heading towards the crater of dormant Rangitoto, Auckland's largest volcano, which last erupted approximately 550 years ago.
