Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of two participants is required for the flight to go ahead. Maximum of 6 passengers is allowed for the flight to go ahead (weight dependent).

Weather

This is a weather dependant activity and must be reconfirmed on the day, prior to flying.

Dress Code

No loose items to be worn on the flight (i.e hats/scarfs) due to safety reasons. Please wear warm clothing as it can get cold on the snow-capped peaks, depending on the time of year.
