Combine spectacular scenery and great rapids for an awesome whitewater rafting adventure. From the buzz of 'Geoff's Joy', a torrent of Whitewater, to stunning native and plantation forest, the Rangitaiki River has it all!
The whitewater rafting trip on the Rangitaiki is a great way to spend the day and the best part is there no experience necessary! Meet at the base in Murupara, just 45 minutes from Rotorua on State Highway 38 or alternatively avail of the complimentary transport to/from your central Rotorua accommodation. Grade 3-4 means you can expect whitewater with medium waves with potential rocks, considerable drops and/or sharp maneuvers.
This experience is part of the Responsible Range as it was awarded a Qualmark Enviro-Gold endorsement.
