This thrilling adventure will see you undertaking two sessions over two days that will help you master the basics of freediving and give you your first taste of the exciting sport of spearfishing. On day one, you'll undertake a SSI Basic Freediving Course, which involves completing online theory to be done at home prior to the day. The theory will come to life with the practical component of the certificate, where you'll experience your first breaths underwater in the safe confinements of a 5m deep swimming pool. With a buddy, you'll learn and develop skills that will train your body to control your breathing, be more efficient with oxygen and gain better muscle flexibility.

Once you've earned your SSI Basic Freediving Certification at the end of day one, you'll be equipped will all the confidence in the world and important skills to embark on the ultimate spearfishing adventure the next day. On day two, you will be taken on an exciting full-day spearfishing charter where you'll be able to put your newfound skills to the test. Enjoy the remarkable sensation of plunging into the depths of the ocean without any tanks as you freely dive your way deep into the underwater world, and become addicted to the hunt of spearfishing as you get up close to a wide variety of fish without the hiss of regulators.
