Step into a place where time slows down, away from the busyness of everyday life at the scenic Kawarau River in Queenstown, to discover a relaxing shared wood fired sauna and ice bath experience. Enjoy a 75 minute session to cycle through resting in a thoughtfully designed wood fired barrel sauna set between 80 and 100 degrees Celsius. Then, take a refreshing swim in the cool water of the river with its soft riverbed. Or practice breath work in the ice baths that stay at temperatures of one to four degrees.
Wash off under the cold showers and unwind at the garden lounge with a cup of herbal tea by the warmth of the fire pit. Soak up the surrounding mountain views as you rejuvenate and heal with hot and cold therapy solo, with a friend, partner or a group.
