Enjoy a relaxing cruise across Lake Wakatipu on board the historic TSS Earnslaw, before disembarking at Walter Peak High Country Farm. Saddle up and explore the stunning property on horseback, meandering over the rolling hillside with views of the lake. Morning or afternoon tea is included.
Boasting a lakeside address on the south-western side of Lake Wakatipu, Walter Peak High Country Farm is as pretty as a picture. Begin your tour with a relaxing cruise across Lake Wakatipu on board the iconic TSS Earnslaw, a vintage steamship. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by your guide and introduced to your horse, before beginning your adventure through the rolling farmland. At a leisurely pace, you'll follow your host along the undulating track that offers stunning panoramas of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. After the ride, enjoy a country-style morning or afternoon tea at the Colonel's Homestead Restaurant and wander around the stunning lakeside gardens, before boarding the ship back to Queenstown.
