Meet your jump master at check in and get geared up for your tandem skydive with your new favourite hero!

Enjoy an incredible 20 minute scenic flight to altitude; as you fly over the Southern Alps, your instructor will point out Mt Cook, Mt Aspiring, the Southern Alps, up to 6 lakes and the Clutha River. At altitude the door of the plane will open and this is where the fun begins.

"Freefalling feels like flying" so make sure you keep your eyes open, and capture your thrilling moments whilst reaching speeds of up to 200 kilometres per hour. After up to 60 seconds your parachute will open and you will get the chance to take in the views as you gently fly back down to the landing area.

Session Length

Jumps operate Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 9am, 10am, 11am and 1pm
Check in time is the same as the trip time, meaning for 7am trip, your check in will be 7am
Weather check is 30 minutes prior to check in time
Please book at least 36 hours in advance of your preferred date and time

Important Information

Guidelines

Participants under 18 years of age require parent or legal guardian consent
Not recommended for participants with heart complaints, back problems or other serious medical conditions
Not recommended for pregnant women
In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, you will have the option of transferring between Queenstown, Wanaka and Glenorchy drop zones at no charge
All persons over 95kgs are subject to Tandem Master assessment at the drop zone.
The minimum weight is 30kg/66lbs and all passengers must be big enough to fit safely into the harness

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

You will be one on one with your jump master.

Spectators

Spectators are more than welcome - complimentary transport for spectators is available, on a space available basis. This service can only be confirmed at time of check in. Alternatively, spectators are welcome to drive themselves to the dropzone.

Weather

Skydiving is subject to suitable weather conditions. You will be asked to call the experience provider 30 minutes before your booking to confirm that the weather is suitable. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, you will have the option of transferring between Queenstown, Wanaka and Glenorchy drop zones at no charge.
