Meet your jumpmaster and be fitted with a jumpsuit and harness as you are explained all the procedures. Boarding the plane, you'll climb to an altitude to 12,000ft above one of the world's most scenic destinations. All you need to do is relax, enjoy the incredible views - and breathe!

Once you reach altitude, your jump master will take control as the door opens and you jump out to encounter an exhilarating freefall at speeds of up to 200kph. Safely harnessed to your personal skydiving instructor, relax and enjoy the ultimate thrill in a world-class setting. After approx 60 seconds of freefalling, your jumpmpaster will open the parachute and you can enjoy the gentle glide back down to earth. You will take off and land at the same location, a private drop zone which is located just at the base of the Remarkables Mountain Ranges. Achievement doesn't come sweeter!

This experience is part of the Responsible Range as it was awarded a Qualmark Enviro-Gold endorsement.

Session Length

Jumps operate 8am, 9am, 10am, 12pm and 1pm (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun)
The first trip of the day is 7am in winter and 6am in summer
Check in time is the same as the trip time, meaning for the 7:00am trip your check in will be at 7:00am

Important Information

Guidelines

Participants under 18 years of age will required parent or legal guardian consent. Minimum age is 12 years.
In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, you will have the option of transferring between Queenstown, Wanaka and Glenorchy drop zones at no charge
The minimum weight is 40kgs/88lbs and minimum height is 1.2metres/47.2inches.
All persons over 95kgs are subject to Tandem Master assessment at the drop zone.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

You will be one on one with your jumpmaster; there can be up to nine other skydivers.

Weather

Skydiving is subject to suitable weather conditions. You will be asked to call the experience provider 15 minutes before your booking to confirm that the weather is suitable. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, you will have the option of transferring between Queenstown, Wanaka and Glenorchy drop zones at no charge.
