Escape the ordinary and jump out of an aircraft at 9,000ft in the air! Experience hair-raising freefall for up to 30 seconds, before the parachute is deployed and you float peacefully back down to earth. Admire panoramas of Mt Cook and the Aoraki Basin as you descend.
Feel the urge to throw yourself out of a plane at 9000ft? Take the plunge and experience one of the most magical skydives in the world at Mt Cook. After a safety briefing, you will board the plane for a 10 minute scenic flight to altitude. Calm your nerves as you gaze down at the stunning world below you, before the doors open and you inch closer to the edge. Together with your professional tandem master, you'll make the ultimate leap of faith out of the aircraft at 9,000ft, experiencing heart-pounding freefall for up to 30 seconds followed by 3-5 minutes under the parachute. Admire views of brilliant blue lakes and snow-peaked mountains as you float gently back to ground. It's certainly an experience not so easily forgotten.
Children eighteen and under need parent's or guardian's consent to jump Children under 12 should be evaluated on an individual basis. Maximum weight is 100kg
