Not the best experience

The Massage, facial and wrap were relaxing, nice staff, the spa pool area out the back needed doing up, the spas had pieces falling off them and sitting in the spa, the pool was green. When you get the platter it just has salmon, salami, cheese and grapes, no crackers or bread. It was also a hassle for me to book, I had a voucher from red balloon, the reception didn't understand, finally got there and sent though all voucher details but upon me leaving, she had none of those booking details and the voucher numbers that I spent so long organizing with her in the first place.

Great value for money if you make time to use the sauna and/or spa pools - you can easily spend 4+ hours there indulging! But if you only have time for the treatments.... you can get a cheaper but an equally delightful experience from one of the local beauty clinics. Staff were professional, lovely and made you feel welcome and relaxed. We were served our delicious and well proportioned platter in the waiting area... a lovely spot, but there were other clients waiting there while we were eating - it was raining so we couldn't be seated at the pool side but we should have been seated in the restaurant or bar. To be honest this was the only negative of the whole experience.
