Session Length

Opening hours are 9.30am - 5.00pm (summer) and 9.30am - 4.00pm (winter).

Guidelines

  • Minimum age is 10 years
  • Minimum weight of 45kg
  • Maximum weight per person is 150kgs and maximum combined weight for tandems is 180kgs
  • If you are under 16 years old, you will also require parental consent
  • Child rate applies to participants aged 10 - 15 years

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are made at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to watch and take photos (free of charge).

Other Info

Prior to registration on the day, you will be asked if you have any medical conditions that may make your bungy less safe or enjoyable. These include previous dislocations, asthma, pregnancy, back or head injury, and epilepsy. It is most likely you will still be able to bungy jump, depending on the injury or condition, but staff must be informed. If you are concerned, please consult a medical professional.
