Looking for an unrivalled buzz? Head to the Waikato River in the heart of Taupo for a blood-pumping bungy jump adventure! Upon arrival, you will be run through a thorough safety briefing before being led to the cantilever platform for final instructions. Feeling the anticipation rise, you will inch closer to the edge of the jump deck before plunging down into the river from 47 metres. If you want to add even more thrill, try a water touch - whether it's a hand touch or a full body submersion. As the bouncing slows, take a moment to admire your picturesque surroundings. Solo, Tandem and Body Harness Jumps available.

Important information

  • Please allow one hour for this experience
  • Open weekdays from 9:30am-4pm and until 5pm on weekends
  • Currently closed Weds/Thurs until further notice - except during school holidays

  • Minimum age 10 years old. Those 14 and under require an adult to sign consent at check-in
  • Minimum weight is 35kg, maximum weight is 150kg per person
  • For Tandem bungy jumps, maximum combined weight of 180kgs and no more than 30kgs difference between jumpers.
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Open to spectators free of charge

Whilst still operational in the rain, it is possible to go on hold during periods of high winds, hail or thunderstorms

Please ensure you wear flat, secure and enclosed footwear. Winter can get cold, so it is recommended to layer-up and take a jacket.

This experience takes place in Taupo, only 5 minutes from CBD.
