• This experience is five hours in duration
• Pick up from your accommodation at 8am or 12pm

• Participants should be able to travel inside a 4WD SUV and walk short distances
• Earlier pick up can be arranged between May and September for the sunrise, arranged directly with the experience provider
• Please advise your pickup address at the time of booking

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of one and a maximum of four participants.

Spectators are not permitted.

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. In extreme weather conditions or unsafe road conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern. You will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Please wear clothing suitable to the weather on the day, enclosed shoes and to bring additional layers and rain protection in case the weather changes.

Nikon DSLRs are available for rental on the day. Additional SD cards can be purchased, payable to the provider directly.

This experience includes return transfers from your Queenstown, Arrowtown or Frankton accommodation.
