We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.

Pregnant passengers aren’t able to ride with us. Not suitable for passengers with Neck/Back injuries.

Guidelines

Minimum age is 2 years old but must also fit our smallest lifejacket.
Under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Dress appropriately for the outside weather on the day.
Minimum 2 adults required to run this trip.

Cancellation

No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours notice, no show or late arrivals.
Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
