Guidelines

Minimum guest age is 12 years old
Guests younger than 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult
Guests are required to wear swimwear at all times
This is a shared wellness experience, guests are expected to speak quietly, keep personal devices on silent and respect other guests
The experience provider is not liable for lost items
Only water is permitted on the pontoon
The experience provider asks that no alcohol or drugs enter the premises

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Please wear swimwear at all times and bring sandals or slip on footwear, a water bottle and warm layers for after your session.

Other Info

The experience provider recommends that guests use the sauna in intervals of 15 minutes with relaxing breaks on the deck or with a plunge in the lake.

Incredible sauna experience with unbeatable views

An absolutely incredible experience. The views from inside the sauna are unreal and make Wow just wow! I went on a rainy day, but imagine it's just as magic in beautiful weather. The session time felt really generous, so there was no rush at all. The cold plunge was definitely cold but felt safe and well set up, and the whole space was spotless. Such a unique, relaxing, and memorable experience in Queenstown.
