This Salt Cave Halotherapy treatment is a contemporary wellness experience within a man-made Salt Cave crafted from Himalayan rock salt. Sit back and relax during this 45 minute session using techniques dating back more than 200 years utilising the beneficial properties of salt mines.
Salt Cave Halotherapy is a form of natural therapy dating back more than 200 years utilising beneficial properties of salt mines. In ancient times, sick people were taken in Salt Caves and allowed to breath in salt particles. In more recent times, researchers found that dry salt aerosol was the key to replicating the microclimate and beneficial effects of the natural caves. Based on this evidence, a mechanism called Halogenerator was developed to grind salt into small particles and blow the aerosol into the Salt Caves. The micronized salt particles can travel to the smallest and deepest areas of the lungs and helps support the body’s immune system.

Restrictions: This experience is not recommended if you are affected by the following conditions: Existence or suspicion of cancer, any kind of infectious disease, cardiac insufficiency, cardiac and coronary disease, COPD with 3rd stage of chronic lung insufficiency, coughing of blood, infections accompanied by fever, high blood pressure / hypertension in IIB stage, any form or stage of Tuberculosis, chronic kidney disease, all internal diseases of decompensation, mental illness or open wounds. Salt Cave Halotherapy is not recommended for Pregnant women. Not recommended for people with fever or septic foci, open wound, coughing out blood and tuberculosis.
This voucher is for two person per session.
Each person visiting please come relaxed with comfortable clothing. The salt air will not harm your clothing, nor will it leave a noticeable residue. Each person visiting please bring two big bath towel, one hand towel and bottle of water for your Salt Cave Halotherapy session. Protective outwear like head cap & shoes cover is available and will be provided. Avoid wearing scented body lotion or perfume before or during the therapy.
To get the best results for your treatment, it is recommended not to shower for at least 2 hours after your treatment. You are welcome to bring your own music to enjoy using your ear plugs but should not disturb others. Good to combine with Vibrosaun Therapy for pampered experience.
