Float down the beautiful Lake Manapouri on a scenic jet boat ride, featuring unsurpassed scenery and a blissful nature walk through the Fiordland National Park. Then, hop on your e-bike and ride at your own pace along the picturesque Lake2Lake Cycle Trail which hugs the river's edge.
Upon arrival, you'll be fitted into your lifejacket and your bike before embarking on a short coach ride through Southland farms to the Queen's Reach boat ramp. On board the jet boat, you'll travel down the Upper Waiau River to Lake Manapouri experiencing high speeds and 360-degree spins along the way, as well as unparalleled scenery. Spot trout in the crystal clear waters, be soothed by birdsong, see three film locations featured in Lord of the Rings and savour your absolute solitude as your guide stops and turns off the engine for a moment. You'll then head ashore for a short nature stroll through the Fiordland National Park, learning about the flora and fauna and local conservation efforts before some more jet boat action. At the jet boat tour's end, your e-mountain bikes will be awaiting your arrival. Enjoy an easy ride along the newly-formed Lake2Lake Cycle Trail back to Te Anau, which hugs the river's edge and showcases stunning views of Lake Te Anau.
Maximum of 11-13 participants per boat. Biking is self-guided.
