A Vibrosaun therapy session combines vibration, warmth and ventilation and music. The comfortable, therapeutic, vibrating bed is encapsulated by the spacious unit in which dry sauna heat is evenly circulated while negative ion charged air keeps the head and face fresh and cool. Coupled with music and aromatherapy, your time in the Vibrosaun will calm and heal the mind and body. All these factors: heat, vibration, negative ion charged air flow and music can be controlled while you’re inside the Vibrosaun.

How does it work? The vibration movement relaxes the muscles while the heat that is generated dilates the blood vessels increasing the heart and pulse rate, increasing the blood flow and intake of oxygen. The body’s cells use oxygen to burn carbohydrates and fats. The increased and improved blood flow and intake of oxygen assists the kidney and the lymphatic system to accelerate the removal of lactic acid and body wastes. A healthier body full of vitality results. It has amazing experience like having massage without masseuse or workout without doing any physical workout.

Restrictions

Restrictions: This experience is not recommended if you are affected by the following conditions: pregnancy, unstable medical conditions, any septic foci, high temperature, open wounds. Vibrosaun is not recommended for people with a very high blood pressure (upper value higher than 200, and/or under value higher than 115), recent (less than 2 years ago) heart complaints, recent (less than 2 years ago) diseases of the blood vessels, for example a brain haemorrhage, temperate higher than 38ºC, patients with rheumatoid arthritis in an acute phase with swollen, warm, extremely painful joints.

You will have 30 minutes in the Vibrosaun

Each time session is available to be booked by 2 - 3 people at the same time ie can be your own or with others during session or group session with your own group or with other group
Minimum client per session is 2 (two) and maximum client per session is 3 (three). Can be group session with your own group or with others. We also request that you are mindful of others in the therapy room, please maintain self-respect. Room divider can be used for privacy
Once your booking is confirmed you will be contacted by the service provider. Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time, late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is for two person per session.

Dress Code

Wear comfortable clothing when you come to the centre. You will be given time to change and get inside the device. Only inner garments are allowed inside the device. Outer garments will have to be removed before entering the device. Please bring spare inner clothing. Each person visiting please bring two big bath towel, one hand towel, spare inner wears / underwear and bottle of water for your Vibrosaun Therapy session.

Other Info

To get the best results for your treatment, it is recommended not to shower for at least 2 hours after your treatment. You are welcome to bring your own music to enjoy using your ear plugs but should not disturb others. Good to combine with Salt Cave Halotherapy for pampered experience.

Something a bit different

Overall it was relaxing I am not sure for me if it was worth the money as it was really just a very hot sleep with some vibrations - I felt like my skin was being scorched at one point and the walls are not sound proof so you can hear the talking from reception so a little hard to tune out. I think for lovers of heat this would be a great treat.
