Gather your flock and explore the stunning underground caves of Waikato. With an experienced guide, you'll wriggle, squeeze and twist your way around Karamu Cave, studded with delicate and prehistoric formations and housing thousands of radiant glowworms.
Over 30 million years in the making, the beautiful caves of the Waikato region are a haven for keen adventurers, home to a dazzling display of delicate and prehistoric formations like stalactites, stalagmites, flowstone and crystals, and of course the star attraction - glowworms! Assemble the family together and explore the underground wonderland of Karamu Cave for half a day. Offering a variety of challenges, you can expect to wriggle, squeeze, twist and turn whilst getting a little wet and muddy. Be guided through darkness by the thousands of luminous glowworms, and learn more about the geology and formation of the caves from your knowledgeable guide.

Dress code will depend on the season. A wetsuit may be worn but at times, thermals and overall is all that is needed. Swimwear is perfect to wear under the overalls in warmer weather.
