Immerse yourself in Central Otago wines, craft beers and gins as you savour over 12 tastings at a latitude of 45° south, an unforgettable experience. Travelling in a luxurious Mercedes sprinter, you'll visit three locations for a wine tasting, craft beer tasting and gin/spirits tasting.
Discover the delectable wines of Central Otago, as well as craft beers and spirits, as you indulge in 12 tastings on a guided tour. Kick off your adventure at 3:30pm where you will be picked up in a luxurious Mercedes Benz Sprinter, along with a maximum of 11 fellow connoisseurs. Start with a scenic drive to the Gin Garden by Broken Heart Spirits, where you’ll learn about the spirit making process from grain to glass and be treated to a spirits tasting including gin, vodka, whiskey, rum and liqueurs. Then, journey through the picturesque Gibbston Valley, known as the ‘Valley of the Vines’ and indulge in five wines at Kinross, savouring the unique flavours and hearing the stories behind Central Otago wines. To finish off your afternoon, you will head to Cargo at Gantley’s for a craft beer tasting (or you can select to have a wine instead) and take in the surrounds of Queenstown’s oldest hospitality business.
