Experience a relaxing and educational wine and Maori culture tour with pick-up and return transfers from accommodation in Queenstown. After a traditional Maori greeting, you will head to Gibbston and Lake Hayes where you will try a selection of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blancs. From the first winery located at Mora near Arrowtown, you will follow the historic Gold Rush area of Arrowtown and venture for a quick stop into the Kawarau bridge where the famous Kawarau AJ Hackett Bungy resides, before visiting the Mt Rosa winery with more beautiful wines and a cheese platters. Finally, enjoy a stop at Wet Jacket or Amsfield before heading back to Queenstown. Along this tour, you will get an insight into the Maori footprint and history of the beautiful Otago and Queenstown region.
