Guidelines

• Prior to your activity each participant must complete the registration and medical disclosure form
• Prior to the tour, participants must disclose any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions you may have e.g. epilepsy, back injuries etc
• Minimum of 2 people required to book
• A reasonable level of fitness will ensure an enjoyable walk - there is 4km uphill walk
• Sturdy waterproof hiking or snow boots must be worn, please contact the provider for hire options
• Lunch is not included so please bring enough water and snacks for the tour
• Transfers are available from Queenstown accommodation or central Queenstown for an additional cost
• Please see 'Dress Code' section for clothing guidance

Cancellation

• No refund will be made for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to commencement

Weather

In the event of adverse weather trips may run as scheduled, or an alternative activity may be provided. If the weather precludes any activity, you will be offered an alternative day or you will be fully refunded.

Dress Code

Please bring sunglasses, warm/sun hat, waterproof/windproof jacket, warm clothing for changeable weather, a small daypack, gloves, warm socks, rain coat, warm jersey, fleece or jacket, hiking boots, and sunscreen. To stay warm and ready for all winter weather conditions it is important to bring several layers of clothing. This allows you to remove & add layers as you warm up or cool down. Wool or synthetic clothing like fleece & polypropylene are great for base & warm layers. If possible, avoid cotton clothing as when cotton gets wet (from sweat & weather) it stays wet & gets heavy & cold.
