Food and transfers are not included.

Guidelines

Smoking and alcohol consumption is not permitted during the tour
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
Guests are asked to refrain from using white lights including LCD screens, flash photography, highly illuminated mobile phones, flashlights and torches
Please respect provided equipment, any damages will be charged to guests and may result in the experience ending early
Admission will be denied to guests who are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit substances or inappropriately dressed, no refund will be given
The visibility of certain astronomical objects may vary depending on the time of year and moon phase, this is considered beyond the control of the experience provider

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
