Constructed from aromatic Japanese Hinoki Wood, the saunas are heated to around 70 Celsius, providing a comforting space for rejuvenation. Take your time and get ready in facility changing rooms before heading out to the sauna. Experience the benefits of customisable heat therapy with the ability to control levels of steam through water and traditional heated volcanic rocks from Finland. This wellness-focused session is designed to revitalise both the body and mind, supporting overall wellbeing.

Following their sauna experience, guests can enjoy a moment of cool down with complimentary drinking water and access to invigorating 12 Celsius cold plunge tubs and a refreshing outdoor shower. Alternating between heat and cold immerses guests in a holistic therapeutic practice that enhances circulation and revitalizes your spirit. Session Length

The sauna and cold plunge experience is 40 minutes in duration
The complimentary shiny dip foot spas can be used for longer than the allocated 40 minutes
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start
Available daily from 9am to 10pm

Food and drinks are not included.

Guidelines

Minimum age is five years old
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
Shoes are not permitted in the saunas
Guests must stay on the boardwalks when walking through the premises
Shinny Dip foot hot tubs are available on a first come basis
Guests are not to play personal music out loud
Not available on Christmas Day
Guests should drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration
Phones are not recommended inside the saunas
Outside alcohol, food and drink may not be brought onto the premises
Participants must be 18 years and over to order and consume drinks from the bar as alcohol is involved; photo ID may be required
Smoking and vaping are not permitted during this experience
The experience provider retains the right to remove disruptive guests
The experience provider does not recommend pregnant women take part in this experience
Guests with medical conditions that may be affected by heat should seek approval from a physician in advance

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Dress Code

Please wear swimwear in the sauna at all times and bring a towel and appropriate clothing for walking about the premises. Shoes are not permitted in the sauna.
