Begin your rejuvenating experience with a 60-minute soak in the Deluxe Lake Spa, where the therapeutic alkaline and acidic mineral waters, sourced from Rotorua’s geothermal springs, prepare your body to relax and restore. The soothing soak is followed by a luxurious full-body polish exfoliation, designed to gently slough away dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling smooth and revitalized. Next, indulge in a mineral-rich thermal mud mask, packed with sulphur, calcium, sodium, and silicon to nourish and detoxify your skin, while a calming scalp massage enhances your relaxation. Afterward, enjoy a warm shower to cleanse away the mud and finish with your choice of replenishing moisturiser, leaving your skin soft, hydrated, and glowing. To complete the experience, relax in the tranquil Relaxation Lounge with complimentary herbal teas, lemon water. After you’re dressed, head to our onsite cafe for a complimentary refreshing juice or smoothie to finish your session.

Please arrive on time for your booking to fully enjoy your soak and therapy. Late arrivals will result in an accordingly shorted booking and the full booking price will be charged

Restrictions

Mobility and Accessibility: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, please note that our facilities require individuals to be of a suitable weight (up to 180kg) and physical ability to independently dress themselves and get on and off the therapy bed. As a non-medical facility, we are not equipped with specialised equipment or staff to assist in these matters. Please consider these requirements when booking your treatment. Please note, our facility is cashless.

Guidelines

Participants ages 12-15 years old must be with a guardian in one of the dual rooms.
Certain medical conditions or heath issues sometimes mean this therapy is not advisable. Please call to check any health issues, allergies or injuries.
Please let us know if you are pregnant, so we can ensure the services are best suited to your needs during this special time. We also offer a relaxing Rose Pregnancy Massage, specifically designed for expectant mothers.
It is recommend that you arrive 1 hour before your scheduled treatment time to enjoy the complimentary pre-therapy soak in the Deluxe Lake Spa.

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Dress Code

Please ensure recognised swimwear is worn at all times whilst in the Deluxe Lake Spa. When inside the retreat, please wear a robe, towel or clothing. Respect quiet zones, no phones/music in pool areas, and no photographing other bathers.

Other Info

Temporary pool closures: Rachel Pool (Pavilion area) closed from 28 April for ~3 weeks. Alkaline pool (Pavilion area) closed for a few days during this period. Family Pools closed from 18 May for 7 days.
