Soar high above the Bay of Islands and enjoy breathtaking views over Paihia, Russell and Opua as you are gently lifted off the back deck of our certified purpose built parasail boat.

Enjoy New Zealand’s highest Parasailing, suitable for the entire family! No age or physical restrictions and no getting wet, you will gently take off and land from the back deck of a purpose built, fully certified parasail boat. Take in amazing views over the Bay of Islands that you just would not be able to see from land!

Important information

  • Please allow approximately an hour for this experience
  • Each flight takes between 10-12 minutes
  • Available 7 days a week all year round
  • Minimum weight for a SINGLE flight is 80 kgs
  • Maximum combined flight weigh vary between 170-240 kilos (wind dependent)
  • Participants under 8 years of age must parasail with someone over 18 years
  • Minimum weight 18kg
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

There is a maximum of 14 people per boat.

In the event of rain or inclement weather, this experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be rescheduled by the experience provider directly.
