Set on 358 private hectares in Christchurch's stunning Port Hills, The Christchurch Adventure Park is the perfect place fo ziplining. You'll feel the adrenaline of rushing through the forest on the longest and highest zipline in the country, with four stages ranging in length from 400m to 1100m. The Park is dual lined which means you can race others through the heights and widths of the park - a truly epic way to experience the Port Hills. The tour also includes sites of geographical and historical significance.

This experience is part of the Responsible range as it holds an Enviro-Gold award for its commitment to Environmental Care, recycling commitment and support of community events.

Important information

  • Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience
  • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour
  • During December and January, tours run at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm
  • During February - April on weekdays, tours run at 12pm and 2.30pm
  • During February - April on weekends, tours run at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm
  • During November tours run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Not suitable for people with heart conditions, pregnant people, or if you have had previous back or neck injuries.

  • Participants must weigh between 27kg and 125kg
  • Cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Participants must be able to walk comfortably on uneven (sometimes steep) land without assistance
  • Must have closed toe shoes
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Operates in all weather conditions, high winds may result in postponement

Casual, comfortable clothing. Closed-toe shoes are required.

Loved every minute of it!

Having done a few small zip lines I kinda knew what to expect. Except these zip lines are soooo much better. Great views and great speeds. The guides were fantastic. Would totally recommend this adventure. We loved it so much we are looking to take our friends from the States in December.
