Please be aware that quad biking is not recommended for expectant mothers. Please contact us prior to booking if you have a disability or physical condition which could affect your participation in this activity. (This includes, but is not limited to, hearing loss, vision impairment, loss of mobility etc.) All passengers must have a good command of English, be over the age of 16 years old and weigh under 150 kgs. A valid credit/debit card is required when you check in, otherwise you can not participate in the trip and there will be no refund. In the event of an accident, we may charge up to $2,500 to cover any damage, repairs or insurance excess.

• Quad biking is a physically demanding activity which requires a degree of physical strength and people of smaller stature/slight build are at greater risk of accident. Guides are trained to recognise potential safety concerns, including rider size and strength. This may restrict participation based on known risk factors.
• Before the tour departs, all guests receive a safety briefing and basic quad bike training. This gives everyone a chance to get familiar with the bike and demonstrate safe handling. If, during this training session, our guides assess that a rider is not competent or confident enough to safely operate the bike, they will not be allowed to continue riding on the tour. In some cases, guests may be offered the option to ride pillion (as a passenger) on a guide’s bike.

• All passengers must be fluent in English
• Minimum age is 16 years
• Participants must sign a waiver prior to the experience
• A valid credit card is required for hold in case of damages
• Participants must not consume drugs or alcohol 12 hours prior to the experience
• Riders found under the influence will not be allowed to participate or receive a refund on this experience

• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

A minimum of 2 participants are required for this experience to go ahead.

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.
