Flying through the dramatic Albert Burn Valley, you come face to face with Mount Aspiring itself, rising an impressive 3,033 metres and commanding the landscape around you.

Your journey includes a memorable alpine landing, giving you time to step out, breathe in the mountain air and truly absorb the scale of this remarkable place. From there, you return via the remote Top Forks and Siberia Valleys, taking in untouched terrain and vast wilderness that feels worlds away. With transport to and from Mount Aspiring National Park included, it's a beautifully balanced experience that is immersive, awe inspiring and designed for those who love to share stories worth telling.

This experience is one hour in duration
Available daily at 11.30am, 12.30pm, and 1.30pm

Guidelines

The experience provider will arrange transport in and out of Mount Aspiring National Park
If you have any concerns, medical conditions or injuries, please inform the office staff before your journey
Pricing is based on a per seat basis
Passengers three years and under (18kg maximum) travel free of charge. The child must sit on parent's lap

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of two passengers for the helicopter flight and five passengers for the jet boat. If minimum numbers are not met on the day, another activity will be offered.

Spectators

This experience is not suited for spectators due to it taking place in the National Park.

Weather

If the weather is looking unsuitable or unpredictable and safety is an issue, rescheduling may occur or another option can be provided. The call to fly is up to the pilot in command and their specialist opinion is final.

Dress Code

Please ensure you bring a warm rain/windproof outer layer and suitable walking shoes or hiking boots. Sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
