Find yourself in a magical wonderland of towering mountains, alpine landscapes and native forests on this full day tour from Te Anau. Begin with a two hour nature cruise down the full length of Milford Sound, before embarking on a hike along one of Fiordland National Park's famous tracks.
Home to expansive mountain ranges, lush forests and stunning alpine lakes, there's no place better suited to nature lovers than the Fiordland National Park. After pick up from your Te Anau accommodation and a coach ride to Milford Sound, you will enjoy a two hour nature cruise along the full length of the fiord and out to the Tasman Sea. With excellent indoor and outdoor viewing areas, admiring the many waterfalls, rainforests and mountains will come with ease. After the cruise, you will have the option of embarking on an unguided two hour walk (summer only) on the famous Routeburn Track and to the Key Summit, which meanders through native beech forest and alpine landscapes. Or choose to stay with your guide and discover Gertrude Valley, Lake Gunn or Hollyford Valley, with ample opportunity to learn about and experience the local flora and fauna. The tour ends with a transfer back to Te Anau.

The weather in Fiordland National Park is highly changeable. Please bring appropriate clothing and gear for the conditions.
Waterproof jacket, warm clothing and walking/hiking shoes are essential. Sunhat, sunscreen and a woolly hat are recommended.
