Home to expansive mountain ranges, lush forests and stunning alpine lakes, there's no place better suited to nature lovers than the Fiordland National Park. After pick up from your Te Anau accommodation and a coach ride to Milford Sound, you will enjoy a two hour nature cruise along the full length of the fiord and out to the Tasman Sea. With excellent indoor and outdoor viewing areas, admiring the many waterfalls, rainforests and mountains will come with ease. After the cruise, stay with your guide and discover a series of short walks to explore the Gertrude Valley, Lake Gunn or Hollyford Valley, with ample opportunity to learn about and experience the local flora and fauna. The tour ends with a transfer back to Te Anau.

Session Length

• Please allow 10 hours for this experience. The cruise is 2 hours, and walking time total up to 1.5 hours
• Year Round: Leaves Te Anau at 8:00 am and return is 4:30-5:00 pm.
