With temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees, you will be excited to experience the freshness of a cold plunge in between your sauna sessions.

Surround yourself with the beautiful panoramic views of Lake Wanaka as you experience a new level of wellness and tranquility. This self guided experience allows you to go at your own pace and enjoy the cold plunge or socialising with other sauna guests in between rounds.
