You are invited to experience deep reflection and relaxation during this one hour, silent traditional sauna and cold plunge at Lake Wanaka. Against a backdrop of stillness, enjoy going at your own pace with 12 to 15 minute rounds of traditional wood fired sauna. Utilising essential oils, steam, and music to create a multi sensory experience allowing your tension to melt away. With temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees inside the sauna, you will be excited to experience the freshness of a cold plunge in between your sauna sessions. Going from the heat of the wood fired sauna into the cold of Lake Wanaka is possibly the highest quality sauna experience you can have.
Lake Wanaka surrounds you with unparalleled views to enhance the tranquillity of your sauna experience. This self guided experience allows you to go at your own pace and enjoy the cold plunge or individual meditation and deep reflection in between rounds
