Just outside of Glenorchy, the Kinloch Wilderness Retreat is nestled in between the mountains and native bush, just one hour away from Queenstown and promises a peaceful atmosphere perfect to unwind and recharge. With space for up to eight guests, you have the freedom to schedule your own wellness program, using the facilities as often as you like. Float in the warm outdoor spa pool and take in the breathtaking views over the Southern Alps, letting sore muscles and any tension ease away.

The absolute highlight of this soul soothing time is the infrared therapy combined with an ultra low electric and magnetic field and extremely low frequency. This will raise your core body temperature for a more intense, revitalising sweat and increase circulation and reduce inflammation in the body. Post sweat, jump underneath the ice cold shower with clear glacier water coming from Lake Whakatipu, creating mental clarity and a feeling of aliveness.
