Session Length

This experience is approximately two hours and 30 minutes in duration.

Important Information

Guidelines

Minimum age is eight years old
Children 14 years and under require an adult to sign a consent form at check-in
Make sure you are well rested, hydrated, and have recently eaten prior to the swing
Pregnant women or those with photosensitive epilepsy are not permitted to participate
Photos and videos are available for purchase on the day from the experience provider
A doctor's certificate is required if you have osteoporosis, scoliosis, or a recent concussion
For safety reasons glasses may not be able to be worn; prescription safety glasses are available free of charge
Minimum weight requirement is 30kg and the maximum limit is 150kg solo or 200kg total for tandem/three person swings
Please inform the provider of high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, high myopia, broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks, or any recent sprains/muscular injuries

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee.
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Cancellation of your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience will have 100% refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance = Non-refundable.
