Hot Air Balloon Flight at Sunrise in Queenstown - 1 Hour

• This experience is approximately one hour in duration.
• Flights operate daily at dawn, weather permitting
• Pickup times vary seasonally from approximately 5am in summer to 8.30am in winter

• Flights depart early in the morning to coincide with sunrise, and pickup times vary throughout the year based on seasonal sunrise times
• Participants must contact the experience provider 45 minutes before their scheduled pickup time to confirm flying conditions
• Booking early in a Queenstown stay is recommended to allow flexibility for weather related rescheduling
• The balloon flight path and landing location vary based on wind and weather conditions
• Views of distant mountains and filming locations are subject to weather and visibility conditions

• The minimum passenger age is 4 years
• Children under 4 years of age are not permitted to fly
• Children aged 4 to 12 years are charged at the child rate

• Anyone more than 3 months pregnant is not permitted to fly

• Sturdy enclosed footwear is essential, and sandals and high heels are not suitable
• The experience is operated by a CAA Part 115 certified adventure aviation operator

• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled.

Participants should wear warm layered clothing and flat enclosed footwear suitable for fields, and bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera or mobile phone.

This experience includes return transfers from most accommodation in central Queenstown and Frankton, with the exact pickup time and location confirmed after booking.
