This experience is 12 hours in duration.

• Limit your mud bath experience to 20 minutes to avoid overheating or dehydration. Extended exposure can cause dizziness or fainting
• Visitors with heart conditions, respiratory issues, or high blood pressure should avoid the sulphur spas and mud baths due to the heat and mineral content
• Pregnant women should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in geothermal activities
• Drink plenty of water before and after visiting the sulphur spas and mud baths to stay hydrated, as the heat can cause fluid loss
• People with sensitive skin or certain skin conditions should test a small area before entering the mud pools, as geothermal minerals may cause irritation
• Remove all jewelry, especially silver, which can be tarnished by the sulphur. Contact lenses may become uncomfortable due to steam
• Minimum age is 2.5 years for mud baths and 6 months for sulphur spas
• Children must be 12+ for Maori carving experience
• Swimwear will retain a sulphur smell; thorough cleaning is required after use

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators can sit and relax in the cafe.

Wear casual clothing, bring towels and swimsuit for mud spa. Bring a weather jacket for cold weather, and an umbrella or a poncho if it's raining.
