Guidelines

Trips may be rescheduled due to weather or river conditions
In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
You must inform the provider about any medical conditions or recent injuries

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. If your experience is cancelled you will be rescheduled by the provider.

Dress Code

Please bring clothing appropriate to the weather that you are ok with getting wet in. If in doubt always bring warmer cloths and we can store them in the kayaks.
