• This experience is approximately four hours in total duration
• Departure time is 10:30 am

• This experience involves an easy-moderate hike, suitable for most people with a moderate level of fitness
• For more confident walkers, there will be an opportunity to follow ridges, bush spurs and explore multiple river crossings
• For the purpose of aircraft weight and balance and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, we require all passenger weights at the time of booking
• Heli Glenorchy reserves the right to up-grade passengers or merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required
• Occasionally flight paths or landing locations may alter at the pilot’s discretion

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators are welcome wait and watch you flight take-off and land from our hangar.

Flights are weather dependent. Weather checks are to be made one hour prior to departure. If we cannot operate due to weather and as a result, passengers are unable to fly, no cancellation fees will apply.

Wear sensible comfortable walking shoes, trainers or hiking boots Bring along or wear warm clothing, including a jacket. Remember to bring your camera, sunscreen, sunglasses and insect repellent
