Prepare to take the wheel of the super sleek Aston Martin Vantage as you race around the iconic Hamptons Downs Motorsport Park Circuit. After a full safety briefing and a familiarisation lap, get ready to feel the strength and beauty of this car, as you travel at full speed for 8 kilometres. Your experienced instructor will provide you with tips and guidance from the passenger's seat, helping you to get the most out of your laps. Then just when you thought it couldn't get any better, you’ll get the chance to jump into the passenger seat of the awesome Mitsubishi EvoX for a fast lap around the track. A great way to finish off the experience!
Spectators are more than welcome and they'll be able to accompany you into pit lane to take photos of you getting into the Supercar.
You will be provided with a weather watch number to call on the day before heading out to your drive to advise of any delays. The vehicles operate on all weather tyres so only extreme weather affects the running of the experience.
Please wear enclosed, tight fitting footwear such as sneakers. Large boots etc. aren't suitable.
Please note that this is a “Driving Experience” and not a ˜Race Day” - while you will get to experience the performance capabilities of the Supercar, it is not a race experience.
This experience takes place at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park located halfway between Auckland and Hamilton.
