At our 'Intro into world building' Creative Workshop, our crew will teach the basic tricks of the trade to help you turn your imagination into reality. Experience what it’s like to be a practical effects artist, making real miniature environments and landscapes for a setting in a movie scene.
Creating a physical miniature landscape that feels like a real environment with believable elements, isn't as hard as you think. You need to be creative, yes, but our Unleashed crew will help you extract your inner artist and teach you the skills you need to create your imaginary world. You’ll be guided through a Workshop brief based on our original fantasy movie, the Age of the Ever-Clan, featured in the Weta Workshop Unleashed experience. Your crew member will take you through the brief, examine the movie scene to understand the miniature required, and then dive right into the techniques needed to bring that scene to life.
Everything you need to create your fantasy world will be provided, along with personal instruction so you can craft a truly believable environment. Workshop sizes are limited so that everyone can get the personalised attention they need to have fun and create something amazing.
There is a maximum of 15 people per workshop.
