Discover the scenic beauty from Arrowtown to Gibbston on this half day self-guided bike ride. Seated on an electric bike, you will be able to absorb the allure of the Arrow and Kawarau River gorges and three suspension bridges with ease. At Gibbston, you will be transferred back to Queenstown.
Explore a river and mountain dreamland from Arrowtown to Gibbston on two wheels! You will meet your guide in Queenstown who will take you on a 25 minute scenic drive to the historic village of Arrowtown. Once there, you'll get fitted to your E-bike and given a map and all the trail tips needed, before embarking on an awe-inspiring adventure. The Arrowtown Bridges Trail is an easy and mostly flat trail, that takes you past the stunning Arrow and Kawarau River gorges. The trail also sees you cross three suspension bridges, including the Kawarau suspension bridge, home of the original bungy. From there, continue into the Gibbston wine region, where you'll be picked up from a designated winery and delivered back to Queenstown. There are no shortages of photo ops throughout your journey, so make sure to stop, have a rest and admire the scenery.
