Start your day by being picked up from Marahau at 8:30am for a free transfer to Kaiteriteri Beach. Set sail at 10am with your experienced skipper leading the way. Learn about the history, marine life flora and fauna, and visit the playful Fur Seal colony. Pass the iconic Split Apple Rock before arriving at Anchorage Bay around midday. Relax on the beach, enjoy your pre-packed lunch (pre-ordered catering is also available), and take a swim in the pristine waters before heading off on your 3-4 hour self guided walk. Stroll through native bush, find picture perfect lookout spots and soak up the sun on the golden sand beaches. This experience allows you to soak up the beauty of this coastline paradise at your own pace, and is perfect to share with your nature loving friends, family or partner.

This experience is a full day in duration
Pick up is at 8:30am from Marahau
Sail component is approximately 2 hours in duration and takes off at 10am from Kaiteriteri
The self guided walk component is approximately 3-4 hours in duration

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

Overcast, drizzle or rain does not mean the trip will be cancelled. The provider reserves the right to reschedule, reroute or cancel a trip due to weather, customer safety or other reasons. If the trip is cancelled, the provider will refund the time affected.

Dress Code

Please bring along your day bag, layers of warm clothing, wind proof jacket, comfortable walking shoes, your own water bottle, your packed lunch (unless pre-ordered), plenty of sun screen (SPF 30+ is best), sun hat, sun glasses and your camera.
