Strengthen your body and soul with a one hour yoga class. Step into this small group lesson and relax and re-centre yourself amidst the surf culture of Whangamata.
Take an hour out of your life and spend some time re-focusing and re-centring your body and mind with this small group yoga class.
An experienced yogi of over 500 hours experience will lead you through this hour to strengthen your body and soul. You will have use of a yoga mat and block during the class, or you are welcome to bring your own.
After your class, step out into Whangamata's sea salty air with a new lease on life.
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.
There is a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 10 people per class.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
