Be in awe of the diverse beauty of the Abel Tasman as you plummet through the sky from 18,000ft. Calm your nerves during a breathtaking scenic flight to altitude, before you head over the edge and experience exhilarating freefall, followed by a few serene minutes under the parachute.
New Zealand's Highest Skydive! Step out of your comfort zone and jump out of a plane at 18,000ft! Upon arrival, meet your jump master and be run through a comprehensive briefing, followed by a suit up in your jump gear and harness. Then, board the aircraft and make the nerve-racking descent up to altitude, whilst enjoying a 20 minute scenic flight over two national parks, snow-clad mountains, pristine beaches and azure oceans. The doors will then open and you'll make your way to the edge, before taking a deep breath and jumping out of the plane. Reach speeds of up to 200km/h as you experience invigorating freefall for up to 90 seconds, followed by 3-5 blissful minutes under the parachute.
This experience is part of the Responsible range as it holds an Enviro-Gold award and is proudly certified carboNZero by Toitu – NZ's carbon zero organisation.
The price quoted is for one person. You will be with your tandem master during the experience. There can be up to four passengers on each flight.
This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions your experience may be rescheduled for another date.
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Please wear secure shoes (not boots) and a warm top. A jumpsuit, goggles, gloves and a helmet will be provided on the day.
You can purchase photos or video footage of your skydive for an additional fee. This is payable directly to the supplier on the day of your experience.
